These terms apply whenever you browse this site or place an order with Herz jewellery. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders & payment
Orders are placed through this site and paid for by cash on delivery or bank transfer. An advance delivery charge is required to confirm most orders, and is waived on orders above Rs.3,500. Prices are listed in PKR and may change without notice, though a price change never affects an order you have already placed.
Order changes & cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order, changes can only be made before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Delivery
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Delivery times vary by location and are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or events outside our control.
Returns & exchanges
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. This section needs your confirmation of the actual return window and condition you want to offer.
Product care
Each piece is inspected by hand before it ships. Wipe clean with a soft cloth and store away from moisture to keep it looking new. We are not responsible for wear from improper care.
Content & intellectual property
All text, photos, and designs on this site belong to Herz jewellery unless stated otherwise, and may not be reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this site or a purchase made through it, beyond the value of the order itself.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
